NPLM Registration

Please fill in every field completely and click on "Send Information to the NPLM." If your submission is successful (i.e., you have filled out every field satisfactorily), your information will be added to the NPLM database and we will then have record of your involvement and be able to bill your church appropriately. If your submission is not successful, please make sure that you have filled out the form correctly and resubmit it. Please provide unique email addresses and phone numbers for students (i.e., don't use the church email address and phone number for every student). Please note:VANTAGEPOINT3 sells all EM and EQ materials directly to churches. This means that you will have two bills for each student/facilitator. The total costs are $150 to the NPLM plus materials costs which are paid to VANTAGEPOINT3, which comes to a total of $435 when all is said and done (less for couples who share books). In order to purchase the required materials, you must visit VANTAGEPOINT3's online store and use the entrance code that they have already provided for you. If you have not received this code but believe you are eligible to purchase materials, please contact Kay Hodges at kay@vantagepoint3.org.
