The Northern Plains Leadership Movement (NPLM), established by the North Central Association (NCA) of North American Baptist (NAB) Churches, exists to intentionally and purposively network churches in the Northern Plains Region and engage them with educational resources and experiences in order that men and women committed to God’s redemptive purposes might be developed and nurtured as Christian leaders.
